CrossFit Galvanize is a fitness facility or "Box" operated by a close group of CrossFit athletes that wanted to offer an unparalleled level of expertise, community, and fitness to the Sacramento area. All of our coaches work on the principle of leading by example, so rest assured not only do we preach but we practice! For those of you that are new to fitness, don't be intimidated!
